Rôle principal

  • Lead développeur de l'application de codage des actes médicaux (UI, fonctionnalités) - (ref) (info. officielles)

    Cette application est centrale dans le workflow de nos hopitaux.

    Elle permet l'enregistrement de chaque acte effectué sur un patient en respectant les nombreuses règles légales assurant ainsi une facturation correcte.

    Sur les 14 années que j'y ai consacré, j'ai eu également l'occasion d'effectuer des rédactions de spécifications et de tests fonctionnels. J'ai ainsi acquis la plus grande expérience sur cette application et ai pu former les nouveaux développeurs de l'équipe ainsi que certains membres des équipes de tests situées en Inde.

    Le monde de la santé et des hôpitaux est particulièrement exigeant et nécessite un respect des délais strict. Tous ces challenges m'ont permis de développer mon travail d'équipe et ma capacité d'adapation pour mener à bien plusieurs projets simultanément.

    Techniquement j'ai utilisé quotidiennement Java/Hibernate (+ PL/SQL). La gestion de bugs et des évolutions est suivie par Jira et le déploiement par Jenkins.

  • Développeur du logiciel d'intégration des actes à partir du fichier officiel

    Cette application permet à nos clients de récuperer le fichier officiel sur le site du gouvernement et de mettre à jour la base de données en respectant notre schéma. J'ai repris en intégralité son développement ce qui a engendré un gain de temps d'environ 90% (1 million de lignes traitées et enregistrées dans 60 tables oracle) tout en ayant un logiciel plus ergonomique (non bloquant, gestion des erreurs, ...).

  • Lead développeur responsable carte vitale

    J'ai eu la responsabilité pendant 10 ans des développements liés à la carte vitale dans nos applications. L'existant était en visual basic utilisable par seulement un seul de nos logiciels, j'ai profité de l'évolution des API officielles (ref) pour redémarrer le projet de zéro en créant une DLL en C pouvant être appelée sans limitations. Certains de nos logiciels étant devenus obsolètes, j'ai pu finalement tout coder en java permettant ainsi une simplification des futurs développements.

    En plus du code j'ai également réalisé les spécifications en relation avec nos clients et géré les tests de certifications (internes et officiels) et les déploiements sur site. Notre logiciel a ainsi pu être certifié par le CNDA. (ref)

    This application is at the center of our clients workflow.

    It records every activity a patient had with respect of all the french laws allowing a billing without error.

    During 14 years I had, I also was in charge of specifications and functionnal testing. I gained experience and confidence giving me the opportunity to teach new team recruits and indian testing team.

    Technically I worked with the java ecosystem, Hibernate and some PL/SQL. Bug tracking and client requests were logged in JIRA and deployement was made using Jenkins.

  • Official coding information file integration developer

    This application is used by our clients to update their database from the official file they download on the governement website. I was in charged to rebuild from scratch in Java this software with an average of 90% reducing time (for a file of 1 million lines and import in 60 oracle tables) and a better using ergonomy (non blocking action, error display, ...)

Other responsability

  • French healthcare insurance card (carte vitale) lead developper

    I had the responsability for 10 years of all the carte vitale related development for our software. Existing program was written in visual basic only used by one of our application. A major official API evolution (ref) took place at that time and I took this opportunity to start a project from scratch and building a DLL (in C) callable without any limitations. Some of our software becoming obsolete I eventually was able to program everything in Java making maintenance a lot easier.

    On top of that I wrote the specifications with our clients and managed the certification tests (internally and offcials ones) and hospital installations. The software was able to get the CNDA accreditation.(ref)
